The proximity to the Civic Center and downtown shops.
The hot tub & suna are broken, pool is cold and deck is dirty.
The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly. They did not alarm us that the hot tub had a major leak that has caused the dry sauna to be closed as well. Completion of repairs is not determined at this time. Unfortunately, one of the reasons for staying at the hotel was to utilize the pool, but we were not able to because of this. The Civic Center was a five minutes walk away, which was great for the event we were attending there! ...read more

Convenient to Bradley University and the Civic Center.
Rooms could use some repair.
Our room could have used some repair; water damage on the ceiling, rusty closet tracks, bathroom sink area was damaged, tub was rusty/chipped. Bed was comfortable and it did have new carpeting and drapery. ...read more

Nice enough, but for a Downtown hotel, the amenities are no better than a Holiday Inn Express, without the free breakfast. Need to update exercise equipment. Good service, clean, and friendly.
